Hello There, Dads!
First off, we want to recognize the email in the inbox. Or more specifically, the lack-thereof emails recently. We are two full-time working Dads, and Dadditude is our passion project. We are balancing it alongside the craziness of dad-life you’re all very familiar with. We thank you for your commitment to this community and to Dadditude.
Dads Talk
Members of the Dadditude community keep on posting their #dadlife questions and tips in the app. Please come share your own thoughts or comments, learn something or help another dad.
Recently, we’ve add questions asking for help and support on:
How to survive the grind and the crushing feelings of missing a daughter’s goodnight hugs while on night shift.
A soon-to-be dad asking for 3 things he should be ready for.
How to manage dad anxieties.
and Dads sharing about their experience of loneliness.
200!
Over the past year, we’ve aggregated 200 links to Dad-focused News articles in our Dad News section of the app. That’s in 1 year of searching for interesting publications talking about dads, their needs, challenges and great work. OK, there were probably 1 million articles published about mothers in the same time frame, but it’s still progress!
Here are 3 recent articles, and you can find more in the app.
